正交法筛选藏药余甘子复方的水提工艺研究

摘    要:采用正交实验筛选余甘子复方最佳水提工艺,测定了不同水提工艺提取物的干膏收率和余甘子鞣质百分含量,结果表明:最佳水提工艺为加水量10倍,提取3次,每次1h。

Abstract:The orthogonal design was adopted to screen for the optimum technology of the water extraction of compounds in Fructim phyllanthi. The content of tannin in F. phyllanthi and the yield of its dried cream were determined as markers to evaluate the effect of the extraction of different water extraction processes. The results show that the optimum extraction condition is 10-fold amount of water, 3 times of extraction and 1 hour each time.
