| Abstract: | In order to improve experiment teaching and realize a sustainable development of laboratories, it is essential to cultivate a good contingent of laboratory technicians. Based on an analysis of the present situation of the laboratory technicians in the university, this paper proposes a few ideas and measures to speed up the construction of the contingent of laboratory technicians. |
