摘    要:利用不同纤维色泽材料及其 F1和 F2 代对有色棉纤维和短绒色泽遗传进行了综合分析 ,结果表明 :棕色和绿色纤维各由一对非同源染色体上的主效基因控制 ,表现不完全显性 ,棕色和绿色短绒也各由一对非同源染色体上的一对基因控制。绿色纤维和短绒相对棕色为显性 ,棕色纤维和短绒相对白色纤维为显性。短绒色泽基因与纤维色泽基因存在着互作

Abstract:It was indicated by a comprehensive genetic analysis on naturally colored lint and fuzz that: Brown and green colored lint were controlled by one pair of major genes incomplete in dominance on non homologous chromosomes,respectivedly. Brown and green fuzz were also controlled by one pair of genes on non homologous chromosomes, respectively. Green lint and fuzz were respectively dominant to brown ones, while brown lint and fuzz were dominant to white ones, respectively. There exists genetic interaction between lint and fuzz coloring genes.
