文蛤红壳色选育系F_3的生长规律及模型

摘    要:为检验文蛤(Meretrix meretrix)红壳色选育系F_3的生长性能,连续比较了同等养殖条件下选育系F_3和自然对照组CG的生长情况,并采用Von Bertalanffy、Gompertz、Logistic和Brody 4种非线性模型对文蛤红壳色选育系F_3的生长参数进行生长模型构建,以研究文蛤红壳色选育系F_3的生长规律。结果表明,文蛤红壳色选育系F_3在浮游期、稚贝中间培育期和塘口养殖期内的生长均显著快于对照组CG(P0.05),F_3的平均日生长率均大于CG,490日龄内F_3的壳长相对于CG平均增长率为34.05%。塘口养殖期间,6~9月是F_3生长最为快速阶段,且F_3较CG的粒重增长率在98.27%以上。文蛤红壳色选育系F_3的壳长和粒重之间遵循复合曲线Y=9.028×1.499W,R2=0.977。文蛤红壳色选育系F_3的壳长生长遵循Logistic生长模型,其在575日龄时出现快速生长,这为及时疏苗养殖提供了依据。

Abstract:In order to investigate the growth performance of the selective strain (F3) with red colored shell Meretrix meretrix, the growth information of F3 and the control group under the same breeding condition were continuously compared.Four non-linear growth models, Von Bertalanffy, Gompertz, Logistic and Brody, were adopted to study the rules of the selective strain (F3) of red colored shell Meretrix meretrix.The results showed that the growth of F3 was significantly faster than the control group in the planktonic period, middle breeding and pond culture(P<0.05).The average daily growth rate of F3 was higer than that of the control group.The relative growth rate of the shell length of F3 was 34.05% at 490 d age.During pond culture, the rapid growth phase of F3 was from June to September, and the weight growth rate of F3 was above 98.27% higer than CG.The relationship between shell length and weight of F3 conformed to compound curve:Y=9.028×1.499W,R2=0.977.The growth of shell length conformed to the Logistic model.The rapid growth would appear at 575 d age, which provided the basis for low density culture.
