大同地区一次强寒潮天气过程的诊断分析

利用天气学和动力诊断相结合的方法,对2008年12月19～21日发生在山西省大同市的寒潮天气过程,从高空环流特征、中低层锋区、地面冷空气的引导气流、移动路径及物理量场因子的变化等进行分析。提出了影响大同的冷空气、大风发生和维持的主要机制,揭示了大同市区域性寒潮天气的成因。结果表明:强寒潮来临前除环流形势和地面冷高压有显著特征外,物理量场变化也有规律可循,从中找出预报着眼点,提高预报能力,对减轻灾害造成的损失具有重要意义。

Diagnosis of a Cold Wave Weather Event in Datong

A strong cold wave process that occurred on Dec 19～21 in Datong,Shanxi Province was analyzed in the way of combining synoptic meteorology and dynamic diagnostics,from high circumfluence characters,middle and bottom frontal zone,the steering flow of ground cold air,move path and the variation of physical factor.The main causes and forecast factors of cold wave in Datong were presented.The results showed that there were marked features in weather situation and ground cold high before cold wave coming,besides there exited rules on the physical quantity field.From the analysis,we can find weather forecast focus,improve forecast ability,which are of significance in reducing damage losses.
