| 摘 要： | 民工进城在刺激经济发展的同时也带来一系列的社会问题。对待民工潮应该用理性的眼光,而不能任其自发盲目涌动,靠户籍制度的改革不能根本上解决不平等问题。民工潮现象背后实际上凸显怎样建设新农村的大问题。

| Abstract: | At present,we are in a dilemma because the peasant enter the city to pose some new problems.Of course,it does good to the county-economic development,but we still face up to some questions.To solve it relying on changing household register.We should deal with it in rational Attitudes.In fact,It is an important problem of how to build new socialist countryside behind the phenomena of the rural workers flooding into big cities in China. |
