| Abstract: | The article discussed how to set up a quality journal. It covers several sectors, including aim of the journal, abundant resources on high-level academic themes, qualified editors, and fully exploiting all the information resources nationally and internationally, etc., which were the national factors on improving the academic level of journals. On the other hand, external factors also play very important role in improving the quality of journal, i.e. high qualities of proofreading, printing, binding and advertisement. |
