摘    要:为解决沼气池(罐)因压力过大带来的诸多问题,同时为沼气研究人员分析沼气发酵工艺参数提供数据,采用压力变送器等硬件,基于PLC可编程控制器设计沼气压力自动监控系统,实现了沼气压力自动控制及数据采集的功能.该系统可为沼气发酵工艺优化提供实时动态发酵数据,并提高日常沼气使用安全性.

Abstract:To solve the numerous problems brought by over pressure in biogas pools/tanks, and to provide researchers with data toanalyze the technical parameters in biogas fermentation studies, an automatic monitoring system for biogas pressure was designed with hardware such as a pressure transmitter etc. and on the basis of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). The system realized the autocontrol of biogas pressure and had the function of collecting data. It could provide real-time dynamic data of fermentation and improve the safety of biogas in daily use.
