旱地土壤N2O排放与土壤脲酶活性关系的研究

摘    要:以年降雨量 6 32 m m的黄土高原南部旱地小麦田及休耕地为研究对象 ,研究了耕作措施及氮肥施用对小麦生长期土壤 N2 O排放及土壤脲酶活性的影响。结果表明 ,种植小麦对农田 N2 O排放及 10~ 2 0 cm和 0~2 0 cm土层中的脲酶有激发效应 ;地膜覆盖能使土壤 N2 O排放量和耕层不同层次中的脲酶活性升高 ;N2 O排放与耕层土壤脲酶活性之间具有极显著线性相关关系 (y=4 .5 6 0 x+6 .6 86 ,r=0 .6 94 * *) ,因此耕作层土壤脲酶活性可以作为旱作农田土壤 N2 O排放量的生物指标之一。

Abstract:Experiments were carried out to study the influence of different cultivation methods and plastic film mulching on the N 2O emission and urease activity in field soil.The results showed that wheat cultivation would activate N 2O emission and urease activity in the soil layer with a depth of 10-20 cm and 0-20 cm.The plastic film mulching would increase the N 2O emission and urease activity in different soil layers.The N 2O emission is positively related to the urease activity in tillable soil layers ( y=4.560x+ 6.686 ,r=0.694 ** ),that is the urease activity can be used as the bio indicator for N 2O emission to reflect the comprehensive influence of other factors.
