青海湖裸鲤体重和体长性状的剖分与相关回归分析

摘    要:目的]确定青海湖裸鲤体重和体长性状的剖分组成和相关关系。方法]剖分和测定511条青海湖裸鲤(211♂,300♀)的体重和体长性状,应用SAS软件进行相关回归分析。结果]雌雄混合群体和雌鱼群体中,体重(Y1)与头重(X1)、鳍重(X2)、躯尾重(X3)、肠容物重(X4)的相关系数极显著;雄鱼群体中,体重(Y1)与头重(X1)、躯尾重(X3)的相关系数极显著,与肠容物重(X4)的相关系数显著,与鳍重(X2)的相关系数不显著;其最优回归方程:雌雄混合群体Y1(♂♀)=-2.243 90+0.998 98X3+1.306 04X4;雄鱼群体Y1(♂)=8.976 41+1.203 10X3;雌鱼群体Y1(♀)=1.930 02+0.883 62X3+1.245 84X4。体长(Y2)与头长(X5)、躯干长(X6)、尾长(X7)的相关系数极显著和显著,其最优回归雄鱼方程:Y2(♂)=0.971 45+0.953 31X6;雌鱼方程:Y2(♀)=3.629 09+2.257 76X5+1.103 67X7。结论]回归方程适用于体重、体长在一定范围的青海湖裸鲤性成熟亲鱼,其他近缘裸鲤也可借鉴。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to confirm the dissection composition and correlativity between the weight and the body length characters of Qinghai-lake naked carp.Method] The weight and the body length of 511(211♂,300♀) qinghai-lake naked carps were dissected and measured,and the correlation and regression analysis was made by SAS software.Result] There was extremely significant correlation between the weight(Y1) and the head weight(X1),the fin weight(X2),the trunk-tail weight(X3),the internal organs weight(X4) in the female-male population and the female population.There was extremely significant or significant correlation between the weight(Y1) and the head weight(X1),the trunk-tail weight(X3),the internal organs weight(X4) in the male population,but there was no significant correlation between the weight(Y1) and the fin weight(X2).The optimal regression equation of female-male population,male population and female population was Y1(♂♀) =-2.243 90+0.998 98X3+1.306 04X4,Y1(♂)=8.976 41+1.203 10X3 and Y1(♀)=1.930 02+0.883 62X3+1.245 84X4 respectively.There was extremely significant or significant correlation between the body length(Y2) and the head length(X5),the trunk length(X6) and the tail length(X7).The optimal regression equation of male population and female population was Y2(♂)=0.971 45+0.953 31X6 and Y2(♀)=3.629 09+2.257 76X5+1.103 67X7 respectively.Conclusion]The regression equations on weight and body length characters are suitable for nature mature fish of qinghai-lake naked carps in certain scope,which can provide the reference for other naked carps.
