摘    要:通过静态阻垢试验方法,考查了4类阻垢剂在高温、高pH值饱和盐水中对CaCO3的阻垢性能,并在此基础上复配出PPH-3阻垢剂。结果表明,有机膦酸类、聚羧酸类和膦羧酸类阻垢剂均对CaCO3表现出较好的阻垢效果;复配药剂PPH-3的阻垢性能优于单项药剂,具有良好的晶格畸变作用和螯合分散能力,其阻垢率高达98·93%,最佳加入量为12mg/L,适合于对高碱度、高硬度盐水的处理。

Abstract:The inhibition performance of four sorts of scale inhibitors is tested with static scale inhibition method in saturated brine under the conditions of high temperature,high pH,scale inhibitor PPH-3 then is produced.The results indicate that the inhibition capability of CaCO_3 scale of organic-phosphine,polycarboxylic-acid,polyphosphonate-acid is preferable.The performance of PPH-3 with favorable lattice distortion,chelating and dispersing effects is better than the above single inhibitor,its highest inhibition rate is at 98.93%,and the optimum dosage is 12mg/L,it is suitable for the treatment of high alkalinity and high rigidity brine.
