摘    要:本文报告应用国产WFX—1A型原子吸收分光光度计测定山羊瘤胃液和血清的钙和镁,并进行实验讨论。血液钙的变异系数和回收率分别为0.67%知102%,镁的变异系数和回收率分别为0.55%和104%。实验结果与常规法比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。

Abstract:Measurement of level of calcium and magnesium in serum and rumen fluid in goats by atomic absorption spectroscopy is reported and discussed experimentally. Variation coefficients of calcium and magnesium in serum are 0.67% and 0.55%, respectively. Recoveries of calcium and magnesium are 102% and 104%, respectively. The difference between experimental results by the present method and by routine blood test is not significant (p>0.05). Then, in order to reduce reading drift and enhance precision and sensitivity, changing acelylene steel-jar installation was proposed. This method is fast, accurate, simple and sample limited.
