村镇银行发展问题研究——基于农村金融制度改革与创新的视角

以农村新型的金融机构村镇银行为研究对象,研究了在金融改革的过程中,由于制度变迁的路径依赖,村镇银行这样的新型金融机构必然遭遇到的不同问题,其中既有村镇银行自身的天然属性造成的比较劣势,又有政府外在政策环境上的缺陷,为此,需要村镇银行在多方面进行创新、尝试不同的发展模式,同时,政府给予宏观上的制度支持,才能真正实现新型机构的可持续发展。

A Study of Problem of Development of Village Bank-Based on Perspective of Reform and Innovation of Financial System in Rural Areas

With the new type rural financial institutions, the village and township banks, as the objects of study,the different inevitable problems countered by the new financial institutions, the village and township banks, due to the path dependence,in the process of the financial reform, are studied. These problems includes not only the comparative disadvantage brought by the natural attribute of the village bank itself, but also the defects of the government policy in external environment. So,the village and township banks need to innovate in many aspects and to try a different mode of development. At the same time, only the government gives the support in the aspect of macroscopic system, can the sustainable development of new institutions be achieved.
