| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨社区肾移植术后患者的心理卫生状况，为社区护士实施心理护理提供依据。方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL-90），对5所医院成功肾移植后进入社区的60位患者进行心理健康状况调查。结果：社区肾移植术后患者的心理健康状况较差，但文化程度高的患者心理健康状况相对优于文化程度低的患者，治病医疗费用为保险者相对优于半公费半自费和自费者。结论：社区肾移植患者心理健康状况差的原因主要为疾病长期折磨、沉重的经济负担、社会及家庭角色的改变等。护理错施着重在建立良好的社会支持、加强健康教育、引导患者积极的心理调节等方面。
