竹类ECMP模塑餐盒耐油性能研究

摘    要:研究了用竹类ECMP生产模塑餐盒的耐油性能的形成机理,对实现耐油性能的工艺奈件进行优化。实验结果表明,竹类ECMP生产模塑餐盒是可以满足防油性能要求的,其耐油性能的形成更多依赖于细小纤维与助剂成膜后的性能。

Abstract:The article studies the mechanism of oil repellent property of molding dining boxes made from extruder Chemi-Me- chanical Bamboo Pulp(ECMP)in order to optimize the processing conditions of the oil repellent capability.The results show that it can meet the needs of oil repellent capability to producing molding dining boxes with ECMP bamboo pulp.The oil repellent ca- pability mainly relies on the property of the small fiber united with agent.
