内燃机实时测功装置传感器的研究

摘    要:采用光电耦合非接触式信号传输技术,设计了一种用于实时测试内燃机功率的传感器,具有测量实时性好、精度高、抗干扰能力强、体积小、安装方便等特点。对传感器的工作原理进行了分析,给出了部分试验结果,并介绍了研制中的一些关键技术。

Abstract:This paper presents a new kind of sensor for measuring power of an internal combustion engine in real time. The sensor is built with the use of signal couple of photoelectric mode. The features of the sensor are as follows: fast measuring, high measuring accuracy, excellent anti interference performance, small size and convenient installation. The arrangements of strain gage and bridge were studied to eliminate the additional radius load and transverse load applied to the output shift. Rotational speed was measured with code disc of photoelectron so that the scope of measuring speed was wide and the measuring accuracy was high. Calibration and test in the moment table show that the sensor has good linear force characteristics, high sensitivity with negligible hysteresis, and accurately measuring of engine power. Its principle was analyzed, and some test results were given out. The key technology to develop this sensor was presented.
