大蒜茎尖脱毒及组织培养研究

摘    要:采用茎尖分生组织培养技术,获得了大蒜无病毒试管苗。通过激素配比试验,筛选出最佳的培养基组成,进行脱病毒苗的快速繁殖。结果表明:诱导茎尖出芽的最适培养基为MS 6 BA 1.5mg/L NAA 1.0mg/L,诱导生根的最适培养基为MS IAA 2.0mg/L.

Abstract:Virus-free materials of Allium sativum L.were obtained from in vitro shoot-tip tissue culture.A series of optimization experiments for concentration of hormones were investigated.The results showed that the induction frequency of stem-tips was the best when the medium was MS containing 6BA 1.5mg/L and NAA 1.0mg/L and the ratio of the induction of roots was the most when the medium was MS supplemented with IAA 2.0mg/L.
