外源钙对盐胁迫下生菜种子萌发的影响

目的]探讨在生菜抗盐栽培中如何合理利用CaCl2。方法]以香港玻璃生菜、美国大速生和软尾生菜种子为试材，通过CaCl2浸种处理，研究外源CaCl2对NaCl胁迫下3个品种生菜种子发芽特性的影响。结果]生菜种子萌发时，在NaCl胁迫下，加入浓度10mmol／L的CaCl2后生菜种子发芽率及发芽势有显著的缓解效应；10mmol／L的CaCl2能提高美国大速生和香港玻璃生菜种子的萌发活力，并能起到壮苗的作用，而软尾生菜需要20mmol／L的CaCl2。浓度25mmol／LCaCl2对美国大速生和香港玻璃生莱种子发芽有显著的抑制作用。结论]低浓度外源钙对生菜种子的萌发具有显著的促进作用，浓度过高具有抑制作用。
