摘    要:以双歧杆菌完整肽聚糖为模型药物,胆固醇和卵磷脂为脂质体的成膜材料,纳米Fe3O4为磁性材料,采用薄膜法、逆向蒸发法和高压均质法制备磁性脂质体,比较三种方法制备的磁性脂质体的优劣,并对其经口饲喂小鼠的血液生化进行分析.结果表明,采用薄膜法制备的磁性脂质体密度较高,逆向蒸发法制备的磁性脂质体密度较低,高压均质法制备的磁性脂...

Abstract:Prepare magnetic liposomes using the whole peptidoglycan of Bifidobacterium as a model drug,cholesterol and lecithin for the membrane materials of liposomes,nano-Fe3O4 as magnetic materials by three kinds of methods: thin-film method,reverse-phase evaporation method and high-pressure homogenization method to research the influence on the magnetic liposomes properties of preparation method and explore the effect of magnetic liposomes on mice serum biochemical indexes.The results showed that magnetic liposomes prepared by thin-film method with a higher density,magnetic liposomes prepared by reverse-phase evaporation method with a lower density,magnetic liposomes prepared by high-pressure homogenization method with better dispersibility,could be selected to apply in different uses appropriately.Biochemical indexes of mice did not show obvious signs of poisoning.
