Abstract:Effects of N-5-(2-chlorophenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-yl]-N’-2-(2-methph-enoxy)acetyl] urea(TAU)on the germination and seedling physiological activity of Glycine soja and Glycine max were evaluated by water culture tests with different concentrations of TAU(6,8,10,12 and 14 mg·L-1).The results showed that in TAU treatments,the germination percentage,germination viability,germination index,activity index,root activity of soybean seedlings,the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein were increased compared with control.The results indicated that the germination and growth of soybean seedlings increased significantly after TAU treatment,and 12 mg·L-1 was the optimal concentration.
