| 摘 要： | 文章通过对本单位专业技术干部年度考核过程中采用的民意测验进行正态分布检验、线性回归等数据分析，表明民意测验较客观地反映了专业技术人员的实际工作表现，定性和定量测验之间具有显著的相关性，并提出了年度考核的一个模式。

An Analysis On the Objectivity of Poll And Its Application In The Personnel Assessment |

| Abstract: | The results from public opinion polls in the annual assessment of technical staff of the center were examined with a method of normal distribution and regression The results have shown that the pools can objectively reflect the actual performance of technical staff and that the qualitative and quantitative analysis hew to a significant lineal relationship A model example of futue annual assessment of this kind was also presented in this paper. |
