摘    要:利用形态指数和同工酶标记对两套籼粳交双单倍体(doubled haploid, DH)群体进行分类,结果两套群体均表现为从籼到粳的连续分布,大多数为偏籼或偏粳的中间型。DH系的中间型表现主要是因为籼粳基因组交换重组增加了群体平均基因多样性及降低了群体的非随机组合R#+2值。6个形态性状与8个同工酶位点间的典型相关分析结果表明,这两种鉴别籼粳的分类方法之间有着非常密切的相关关系。两套群体的同工酶Pj值和形态指数总分均与基因组的亲本比例有着显著或极显著相关关系,这表明两种方法均能反映整个基因组的籼粳分化情况。

Abstract:Classification of two DH groups derived from indica/japonica crosses using morphological character index and isozyme Pj value indicated that two DH groups were all of continuous distribution from indica to japonica. Most of DH lines were intermediate type. The gene diversity and non random association of two DH groups showed larger mean gene diversity and smaller non random association (R 2 value). This suggested that the exchange and recombination of indica and japonica genome would increase the mean gene diversity and decrease the non random association R 2 value. Type correlation analysis on 6 morphological characters and 8 isozyme markers suggested that the two classifications had close relationship. The correlation analysis of morphological character index, isozyme Pj value and genome ratio based on two DH groups indicated that there was significant or extremely significant correlation between morphological trait index and isozyme Pj value and genome ratio. This suggested that the DH lines showing indica morphology and indica type isozyme band were mainly caused by the genome component provided by indica type parent.
