| 摘 要： | 以0.1 mol/L HCl为溶剂,采用紫外分光光度法测定胃得舒散剂的含量,建立起含量测定的质量控制方法。结果表明,胃得舒散剂的含量测定的回归方程为A=0.0414C-0.0022(r=0.9994),平均回收率为(99.11±9.6)%,CV=1.90%。用该方法测定胃得舒散剂中甲氧氯普胺的含量方便快捷,测定结果可靠。

| Abstract: | The solvent was 0.1 mol/L of HCl,to determine the content of Weideshu powder by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,to establish the quality control method for assaying.The results showed that the regression equation from ultraviolet spectro photometry was: A=0.0414C-0.0022 (r=0.9994),the average recovery rate was (99.11±9.6)%,CV=1.90% (n=6).Determining the content of metoclopramide in Weideshu powder by ultraviolet spectrophotometry was simple and quick,ther esult was reliable. |
