| 摘 要： | 以CO39四叶期水稻苗的叶片为材料,提取水稻基因组DNA,通过PCR扩增获得水稻β-l,3-葡聚糖酶基因(CO39-β-l,3-Glu),经序列测定得知该基因大小为489bp,通过Blastn搜索确定该片段位于水稻10号染色体。序列比对结果表明,CO39-β-l,3-Glu与已知的水稻Gns7和大豆GlycinesojacloneGs522194aendo-β-1,3-glucanasegene,GlycinesojacloneGs464889_Bendo-β-1,3-glucanasegene三个基因的相似性分别为51.5%,47.2%和49.1%。CO39-β-l,3-Glu基因是β-l,3-葡聚糖酶基因家族的一个成员。
