苹果叶片气孔的研究

摘    要:本研究包括8个种,28个品种类型,测定了气孔密度和大小,根据取样研究认为:只人舍去叶片两端和边缘,避开主侧脉,其余任何部位均可取样,气孔性状在苹果属不同种,品种以及芽变人的不同品系间均有显著性甚至极显著的差异,二倍体气孔密度大于三倍体,普通型大于短枝型,气孔大小与密度成负相关,研究结果认为,气孔是一个稳定的遗传性状,可以做为研究果树遗传育种,区别品种,类型的重要微观形态特征。

Abstract:This study consists of 8 species,28 cultivars,and the density and size of the stomata were measured.The results were as the follows:According to the sampling the study showed that as long as leaf apex and leaf margin are abandoned with the main vein and lateral vein avoided,any other parts of it can be sampled freely.There are significent and great differences about stomata character interspecies,cultivars and sport deviation in Malus.The stoma density of diploid is thicher than spur type.The size and density of stomata are of negative correlation.The result of the study shows that stomata are of stable heredity character.It can be regarded as inportant microcosmic morphological character when studing the heredity breeding of fruit trees,distinguishing cultivars and strains.
