我校法学课程教学方法的调查与改革探析

对我校法学专业学生问卷调查数据进行统计分析，介绍我校法学专业课程各种教学方法的运用及优缺点，提出法学课程教学方法改革的建议：针对不同课程采用不同的教学方法;同一课程应针对不同章节内容采用适宜的教学方法;教学中应注意理论与实践相结合,采取互动式教学方法;推行案例教学法;开设法律诊所课程;积累视频资料,制作真正优质的多媒体课件等。

Teaching Methods of Law Courses in Our University: Survey and Reform

On the basis of a statistical analysis of the questionnaire to the students of law major, this paper expounds on the advantages and disadvantages of various teaching methods and presents some suggestions concerning the reform of teaching methods: different teaching methods should be applied in different courses and different chapters of every curriculum, interactive teaching methods should be adopted; case method should be practiced; legal clinical course should be established; video data should be collected to design the genuine multimedia courseware.
