| 摘 要： | 本文比较了几种主要DNA分子标记的原理和特点，为更好地利用分子标记提供了理论依据，并对分子标记在沙棘遗传多样性和亲缘关系研究及性别鉴定等方面的应用作了介绍。对主要问题进行了讨论，展望了今后的应用前景。

| Abstract: | The article compares the principle and characteristics of several types of most used DNA molecule marks , which would provide theoretical basis for their proper uses in seabuckthorns. Moreover it also introduces the application of DNA molecule mark in the research of seabuckthorn＇ genetic diversity and genetic relationship, the identification of sex, etc. And the main problems existed were discussed. The Prospect of the applieation was also described. |
