| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国动物防疫法》颁布后，辽宁省在研究屠宰场检疫监管的新模式方面，力求明晰权责、提升检疫能力、实现规范执法、保障动物源性食品无疫安全的做法，在查证验物、检疫申报、快速检测、电子出证等方面进行了有益探索。
