敌克松、萘酐对谷子幼苗抗乙阿合剂的影响

摘    要:采用完全随机区组设计,敌克松、萘酐拌种处理谷种后,把乙阿合剂作为土壤处理除草剂研究对谷子的安全性。通过盆栽试验,对谷子苗期的株高、鲜重等形态指标和叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、POD活性、SOD活性等生理指标进行了测定分析。结果表明,敌克松和萘酐拌种都可以减轻乙阿合剂对谷子的伤害;用占种子质量1%的敌克松处理谷种,用乙阿合剂作为谷田土壤处理除草剂对谷子较安全。

Abstract:Through randomized block design, this paper studied application techniques of herbicides Atrazine + Acetochlar employed to soil on the millet seed coated with 1,8-Naphthalic Anhydride and fenaminosulf. In this paper, safety aspects on the millet were carried out by pot experiments. Morphological and physiological indicators of the millet were determined and analyzed, such as crop height, weight, the content of chlorophyll, photosynthesis rate, level of SOD and POD and Soluble sugar content. The results indicated that, millet coated by 1,8-Naphthalie Anhydride and fenaminosulf can alleviate damage of the Atrazine + Acetochlar to mille, especially millet coated by fenaminosulf ( 1% ), Atrazine + Acetochla were safe and better herbicides in the millet field to the millet.
