摘    要:对已经用水蚯蚓作为饲料培育了2周、平均体重0 87g的施氏鲟Acipenserschrenckii幼鱼,采用以水蚯蚓投喂(A组)作为对照,用硬颗粒直接投喂(B组),水蚯蚓、硬颗粒交替投喂(C组),水蚯蚓、软颗粒及硬颗粒交替渐进投喂(D组)3种方法驯化,试验35d,研究配合饲料对施氏鲟幼鱼的驯化效果。结果表明:用3种投喂方法均可在28d之内完成配合饲料的驯化过程;B组、C组和D组的驯化成活率分别为41 2%、47 9%和72 1%,后者与前两者的成活率差异显著(P<0 05);试验结束时,各组间试验鱼的平均体重差异不显著(P>0 05)。

Abstract:Amur sturgeon Acipenser schrenckii fingerlings (0.87 g in body weight) were fed blood worms for 2 weeks and then were given blood worms, soft pelleted feed and hard pelleted feed in different combination for 35 d thereafter compared with the control fish (Group A) fed blood worms all the time as the following: in Group B the fish fed hard formulated in feed, in Group C fed blood worms and hard formulated feed on alternate days, and in Group D fed blood worms hard formulated feed and soft formulated feed on alternate days. Acclimatization of the three treatment groups were completed within 26 days. There were significantly higher survival rates in Group D(72.1%) than those in Groups B (41.2%) and C(47.9%)(P<0.05). Significant differences in average body weights of fish were not observed in different groups(P>0.05).
