二十个春小麦品种亲缘关系的模糊聚类分析

本文利用5个指标性状,对20个春小麦品种采用模糊聚类分析方法,进行了品种归类,其结果表明是可行的。从三大类群的分析中可以看出,具有一定亲缘关系的品种,因选育的地理生态条件不同,则不一定能归到同一类群。但品种的性状表现与其起源和亲缘又确有密切的关系,而起源相同和亲缘较近的品种,一般可归到同一类群。因此,选配组合时,一般应选择不同类群的材料。

Fuzzy Clustering Analysis of Relationship of 20 Spring Wheat Varieties

According to the data of 5 characters 20 spring wheat varieties were divided into 3 groups by fuzzy clustering analysis. The results showed that varieties with certain relationiship could be classified into different groups if they were developed in different regions. Since the characteristics of varieties are related with their geographic origin and their relationship of variety, the varieties originated from the same ragion or with a common parent in parentage are likely to be classified into the same group. Therefore parents in spring wheat breeding should be selected from different groups.
