摘    要:随着坐姿问题的增多,沙发的科学合理性设计越来越受到关注。利用体压分布测试的方法,通过不同身高、体重、人体质量指数、坐高、坐深、肩臀比等人体特征参量与沙发座面、靠背面上的最大压力、平均压力、压力指数和接触面指数等体压分布指标之间关系的研究,探讨人体特征参量与沙发功能尺寸之间的关系,为沙发的人性化设计提供科学理论依据。结果表明:(1) 随着人体质量指数的增大,人-沙发界面最大压力、平均压力、压力指数以及较高和高压力阈限范围内的接触面积有减小的趋势,而低压力阈限范围内的接触面积有增大的趋势;(2) 躯干重量比例较大的、下肢较瘦的人群容易出现沙发座面和靠背面上压力过于集中的现象。

Abstract:The scientific rationality in the design of sofa has become a hot spot of research due to the increase of sitting problems. In this paper, using pressure distribution test, we studied the relationships between human characteristic parameters such as height, weight, body mass index, sitting height and buttocks-popliteal length, the ratio of shoulder to hip etc., and pressure distribution parameters such as the max pressure, average pressure, pressure index and contact area index on the back and seat surfaces of sofa. On this basis, we further revealed the relationship between the functional dimensions of sofa and the human body characteristic parameters, so as to provide some theortical basis for the humanized design of sofa. The results indicated that: (1) with the increase of body mass index, the maximum pressure, average pressure, pressure index and contact area in high pressure threshold range decreased, while the contact area in low pressure threshold range increased; (2) a person with a larger body weight and a thinner lower limb easily led to over concentrated pressure on the seat surface and back.
