摘    要:建立了针对金属带式无级变速汽车性能模拟的仿真模型。该仿真模型可以模拟各种典型工况下无级变速汽车及各子系统的动态特性,并用来评价无级变速汽车的驱动性能、燃油经济性和排放特性。作为设计工具,该模型可以帮助选择影响汽车性能的关键性参数,同时基于该模型和给定的控制策略可以用于设计发动机、无级变速器和离合器的控制系统。最后给出了各种典型运行工况下的仿真结果。

Abstract:A computer model for performance simulation of vehicles equipped with metal belt driven continuously variable transmissions(CVT). The model integrates the engine subsystem, metal belt driven CVT subsystem, clutch subsystem and final driven and wheel subsystem into an overall vehicle system. The characteristics of engine output torque were treated as a lookup table and first order lag, and clutch was modeled using state functions. The model simulation can provide an evaluations of vehicle performance in drive ability, fuel economy and emission level for various drive ranges prior to the prototyping of the vehicle. As a design tool, the model assists engineers in understanding the effect of the power train components on vehicle performance and making decisions in the selection of key design parameters. The performance simulation of a test vehicle was included in the paper as a numerical example to illustrate the effectiveness of the model.
