浸种催芽型水稻种衣剂的应用研究

摘    要:用浸种催芽型水稻种衣剂包衣的种子可以分别用塑料编织袋、有孔和无孔聚乙稀塑料袋、纸袋、麻袋等包装物包装.但麻袋表面粗糙,容易粘附脱落的种衣剂,引起污染,且价格高,不宜包装包衣种子。包衣种子在浸种的前期可降低吸水速率,4小时以后吸水速率和未包衣种子基本趋于一致,56-72小时之间变化很小,未包衣种子吸水量为38.7g,高于包衣种子吸水量(34.7g).包衣能够提高种子的发芽率、成苗率,防治苗病,秧奋健壮,平均增产率为4.01%.应用安全,适合农民的浸种催芽习惯,推广速度很快.

Abstract:The seeds that were coated with coating formulation F3, which is suitable for soaking seeds and promoting germinability, could be stored and packed with plastic fibre knitted sack, polyethlenic plastic sack with or without pores, paper sack or hempen sack etc' Since the surface of the hempen sack is crude, it would be easy for the F3 to pell from the sack and adhere to the surface of the sack and induce the pollution besides the high price of the sack, so hempen sack is not suitable for storing and. packing the coated seeds. The speed of water absorption would reduce at the early stage of seed soaking and was tend to be the same as that of the uncoated seeds after 4 h of soaking' The amount of water absorbed by seeds hardly varied from 56 h to. 72 h after soaking and the amount of water absorbed by uncoated seeds was up to 38- 7g per 100g seeds, which was more than that of coated seeds (34. 7g per 100g seeds)' The coated seeds could contribute to promoting the germinability and percentage of seedlings, controlling the diseases at seedling stage and making the seedling stronger. As a result, the average yield from coated seeds could increase by 4. 01 % Since the application is safe and suit to the farmer's custom of soaking seed, and promoting germinability of seeds, the technique has been extent fast'
