棉花枯、黄萎病种子接菌技术和消毒方法的研究

摘    要: 本研究是用脱绒或不脱绒的棉种在80℃温水中预热2分钟后,放在枯萎或黄萎病的查别克氏液体培养的孢子悬浮液中,在25℃恒温下振荡(55~60次/分)接菌24小时,种子上的带菌率可达97.6%,种子内部带菌率为23.2%。人工接菌棉子用有效成分0.3%多菌灵胶悬剂药液,在常温下浸种14小时,可达到彻底消毒的效果。为防止病害扩大蔓延,病区种子应进行消毒处理。

Abstract:The fuzzy or delinted cotton seeds,preheating in 80℃ water for 2 minutes,were soaked in Czapek's Liquid medium in which the spores of Fusarium or Verticillium were mixed.After 24 hours at 25℃(by constant shaking at a rate of 55-60/min.),97.6% seeds were inoculated with the pathogen on the outside while 23.2% inside.The inoculated seeds can be thoroughly disinfected safely by soaking in a solution of BCM(F.W.) 0.3%(a.i) room temperature for 14 hours.It is suggested that such seeds treatment is to be recommanded to areas of severe incidence of these diseases.
