摘    要:本试验表明:N~+离子注入蕃茄种子后,在蕃茄下胚轴组织肠过氧化物酶同工酶的分析中,发现酶的活性与离子注入的剂量有关。低剂量的离子注入有利于酶的活化,同时产生新的酶带,并表现出促进种子萌发。

Abstract:Ion implantation may lead to plants physiologcal and biochemical changewhile plant genetic material is altered. The change of tomato cotyledonperoxidase isozyme after ion implantation was studied. The results showedthat enzyme activity was associated with ion implantation dose. Low dose ionimplantation caused enzyme activation and new isozyme bands appeared, andseed germination was promoted.
