广西水牛奶和荷斯坦牛奶中蛋白质和氨基酸的含量及组成分析

摘    要:目的研究不同乳脂率德宏奶水牛乳腺组织CD36基因的表达差异。方法选取同一养殖小区中饲养条件相同的健康德宏奶水牛216头,采集乳样,用乳成分分析仪测定乳脂率;以乳脂率(7.5±0.5)%为基准,将德宏奶水牛分为高、中、低乳脂率组(分别为H、M、L组),每组选取胎次相同、年龄相近、处于泌乳中期的德宏奶水牛各3头,屠宰后采集乳腺组织,提取总RNA,利用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测CD36基因mRNA表达水平,并与乳脂率进行相关性分析。结果H组的CD36基因mRNA表达水平极显著高于M组和L组(P<0.01),M组极显著高于L组(P<0.01)。相关性分析表明:CD36基因表达量与乳脂率呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论CD36基因表达对德宏奶水牛乳质量可能具有促进作用。

Abstract:PurposeTo study the expression differences of cluster of differentiation 36 (CD36) gene in mammary gland tissue of Dehong dairy buffalo with different milk fat content. MethodsA total of 216 healthy Dehong dairy buffaloes with the same breeding community and feeding conditions were selected. Milk samples were collected and fat contents were detected with a milk component analyzer. The milk fat content (7.5±0.5)% as the benchmark, high, medium and low milk fat content group were divided (set H, M and L group, respectively), three Dehong dairy buffaloes with the same parity and similar age were selected in each group. All animals were sampled in the middle of location. After slaughter, mammary gland tissue was collected, total RNA wasextracted, and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression level of CD36 gene, and the correlation analysis was carried out between the expression level and the milk fat content. ResultsThe mRNA expression level of CD36 gene in group H was extremely significantly higher than that in the groups M and L (P<0.01), and that in group M was extremely significantly higher than that in group L (P<0.01). Correlation analysis indicated that the expression of CD36 gene had an extremely significant positive correlation with milk fat content (P<0.01). ConclusionCD36 gene expression could promote milk quality of Dehong dairy buffalo.
