摘    要:引进美国索菲斯公司的多用炉,采用国产制氮机与其配套使用。应用氮基可控气氛渗碳与碳氮共渗,并应用好富顿2565分级淬火油,经过反复工艺试验,确定了较优化的工艺参数,提高了齿轮热处理质量;齿轮表面碳含量及有效硬化层深的误差小;硬度与金相组织比较均匀;热处理变形小且均匀一致。

Research on Increasing Quality of Heat-treatod Gear by New Equipment and Technology
Abstract:A new multipurpose furnance imported from Surface Combustion, USA, matching with ahome-built nitrogen-producing machine and MAR-TEMP 2565 oil for interrupted quenching, are used ingear nitrogen atmosphere carburising and carbonitriding. Through experiments, the optimum technological pa-rameters have been determined, which improves the heat-treatment quality, reduces the carboncontent and theerror of effective hardening depth in gear surface, have better homogeneity in hardness and metallographystructure as well as small heat-treatment dostortion.
