| 摘 要： | 南方集体林区是我国广大农村的一个特殊部分,在当今农村经济正转入第二步改革之际,迫切需要总结分析山林经营制度改革的理论和实践。本文总结分析林业经营特点,山林的发包和承包以及承包者的商品生产者身份问题;探讨林业地租、山林永佃制以及林业合作经营,为集体林区第二步改革提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The collective forest zone in Southern China is a special section of the vast countryside. Summarizing and analysing the theory and practice as to forest management system reform has been become a matter of extreme urgency when the rural economy of our country is moving on to the second reform. In this paper forest management characters, forest bilateral contract commodity producer's identity for the contractor are summarized and analysed respectively. Forest rent, long-term forest rantal system and forest cooperative management are discussed too. |
