| Abstract: | Two-dimensional polyacrylamide electrophoresis(2D-PAGE) is one of the fundamental separation methods for proteome research.This paper reviewed its theory,development,advantage and shortage,and the application in protemic studies of horticultural plants.Perspectives of 2-D gel were also discussed. |
