小浪底工程移民安置中的水土流失及防治对策

小浪底工程库区一期、二期移民 ,安置点共 14 3个 ,有 12 6个村水土流失严重。村内村外未建排水设施 ,村里不设垃圾处理场 ,大雨时垃圾四处流散 ,路面未硬化 ,村庄未绿化 ,是造成严重水土流失的主要原因。应大力开展水土保持宣传教育 ,强化人们的水保意识 ,对水保设施进行严格管理与精心维护 ,移民安置点水土保持设施不全的 ,应追加建设资金进行建设

Soil and Water Loss in Resettlement of Xiaolangdi Project and Corresponding Protection Measures

There are 143 resettlement sites in the first and second phase of resettlement in Xiaolangdi project area of which there are 126 villages with serious soil and water loss. There is no any drainage works, no garbage disposal area so that garbage rush away anywhere in rainfall time, no hardening of road and no afforestation in these villages, allmentioned above are the main reasons for severe soil and water loss. Therefore, it is suggested that education and publicity about soil and water conservation should be intensified to strengthen recognition on soil and water conservation, soil conservation construction should be carefully managed and maintained, some more funds should be added to construct soil and water conservation facilities in the villages which is lack of them.
