| 摘 要： | 电子商务作为21世纪贸易活动的基本形态和全球经济发展的必然趋势,方兴未艾。我国电子商务虽起步较晚,但发展迅速。应强化政府调控功能、健全相关法律、搞好基础设施建设、培训专门人才、建立网上支付系统。

| Abstract: | As the 21st century e-commerce,the basic form of trade and global economic development,an inevitable trend in the ascendant.Although a late start e-commerce in China,but has developed rapidly.Should strengthen the government's control functions,improve relevant laws and do a good job in the construction of infrastructure,training of specialized personnel,the establishment of online payment systems. |
