| Abstract: | The paper described the status about expropriation and occupation of forestland in Yunnan province,and analyzed the problems in management of expropriation and occupation of forestland.Then the countermeasures on how to strengthen publicity and education,law enforcement,improve management system,reform measures such as index management of forestland expropriation and occupation were put forward. |
