福建省动漫产业投融资问题研究

分析了福建省动漫产业投资与融资的现状；阐述了福建省动漫产业投融资存在问题，并提出优化福建省动漫产业投融资的路径。研究认为福建省动漫产业投资总量在不断上升，发展迅速；融资主要以政府财政投入、银企合作、上市融资、风投基金等为主要方式；存在政府投入不足引导作用未发挥、上市融资困难大成本高、外资利用率低、中间服务担保信用制度不完善等问题。探讨通过政府角色合理定位、实现投资主体多元化、完善中介服务机构、构建多样化融资渠道等促进福建省动漫产业的发展路径。

Investment and financing of comic and animation in Fujian Province

According to the current status analysis, the approach to optimize the investment and financing of comic and animation in Fujian Province is proposed. It is held that the total amount of investment on comic and animation is increasing and in rapid develop- ment in Fujian Province. Meanwhile the financing includes government financial input, cooperation between bank and enterprise, seeking financing by listing on the stock market, and venture capital fund. Deficiency of government input causing failure of guid- ance, great difficulty and high costs in seeking financing by listing on the stock market, low utilization of foreign investment, imper- fect intermediary service of credit guarantee system are the main problems. It is proposed to reasonably confirm government＇s role, diversify the investors, perfect intermediary service, and diversify financing channels.
