| 摘 要： | [目的]优选肉果秤锤树叶中熊果酸的最佳提取工艺。[方法]以熊果酸得率为指标，采用正交试验法对提取过程中提取方法、乙醇浓度、料液比3个因素进行考察，用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。[结果]最佳工艺为95％乙醇、1：8的料液比、超声提取。[结论]该工艺提取肉果秤锤树叶中熊果酸省时省力，且含量和收率都较高。
