有效提高烟叶等级纯度的方法研究

[目的]探讨在收购和工商交接中能有效提高烟叶等级纯度的措施。[方法]随机抽取2008、2009年工商交接中的烟叶样品,按照国标对把内纯度、烟包内混级等相关指标进行分析。[结果]2008、2009年所抽样品烟叶把内、包内及批次间纯度不高,混级现象较为普遍。[结论]扎实做好烟叶初分预检工作,严格按程序收购,积极探索散叶收购、按部位颜色收购等运作模式,对于提高烟叶纯度和促进高效收购具有重要的现实意义。

Research on Method of Improving Tobacco Grade Pure Degree Effectively

[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the measures how to improve the grade purity between tobacco purchase and industrial-commercial transfer.[Method] Tobacco samples were selected randomly in 2008 and 2009.The tobacco grade purity and other related indicators were analyzed in accordance with the national standard.[Result] The grade purity wasn′t high in 2008 and 2009.Mixed-level phenomenon was common.[Conclusion] Do a good job in tobacco prescreening,strictly purchase according to the procedures,explore the new purchase mode with separate-leaf actively and the position-color.It has an important practical significance for improving the purity and promoting purchase efficiently.
