摘    要:以4年生白玉兰(Magnolia denudata)、紫玉兰(M.liliflora)、二乔玉兰(M.×soulangeana)不同花期外层花瓣为试材,分别通过对过冷却点、半致死温度以及人工模拟自然霜箱后试材的褐变率的统计,来确定玉兰花瓣的抗寒临界温度.结果表明:白玉兰的抗寒临界温度范围为-5.46~-3.85℃,紫玉...

Abstract:Using 4-year-old petals of Magnolia denudata,M.liliflora and M.×soulangeana as materials,super-cooling points,semi-lethal temperature and browning rate were evaluated after the treatment of artificial frost box to determine the critical temperature of cold in 3 petals of Magnolia.The results show that the critical temperature of cold in M.denudata ranged between-5.46——3.85 ℃,M.liliflora between-5.81——4.83 ℃ and M.×soulangeana between-5.73——4.03 ℃,and as the development of the floral organs,the critical temperature of cold increased and the floral organs became more sensitive to low temperature.So protection against cold to Magnolia should be taken during the full blossom period.
