啶虫脒/羧甲基壳聚糖微球的制备制释放性能的研究

摘    要:以羧甲基壳聚糖和明胶为基质材料,制备了啶虫脒缓释微球,优化了影响微球载药量,包封率,释药时间的制备工艺条件如温度、交联时间、羧甲基壳聚糖与明胶质量比等.在最佳的条件下,制备的啶虫脒凝胶微球的载药量为9.21%,释药时间可达7d以上,达到了控释的目的.

Abstract:The controlled releasing microspheres of acetamiprid were prepared by carboxymethyl chitosan and gelatin.Some main experimental parameters that affect the drug content enveloping ratio and controlled releasing time such as cross linking time and temperature,mass ratio of gelatin and carboxymethyl chitosan were studied.Under optimum preparation conditions,drug content was 9.21% and releasing time lasted up to 7 days.
