| Abstract: | Diseases and harmful insects are the main limiting factors for apple production.In order to make the control decision more accurate and scientific,a warning and forecasting system based on internet was established for main apple diseases and harmful insects in Hebei,based on B/S,according to meteorological data,expert experience and plant protection,and using VS2008,MSSQL2000,ASP,C#,JavaScript and so on.It integrated diagnosis on apple main diseases and insects,auto warning and forecasting on apple leaf blotch and red mite.Abased on weather condition in the future.It shows the accurate of forecasting were 10% between 2009 and 2010,through the test of forecasting.The system which can be used by meteorological stations and plant protection sections as well.Furthermore,it provided a basis for policy makers and industrial administrators to make decisions. |
