电极法在测定牧草饲料粗蛋白质中的应用(标准取线法)

摘    要:取牧草、饲料样品(剌叶柄棘豆、玉米籽、优若藜、低毒山黧豆、赖草、红豆草种子、碗豆耔和混合牧草),加入浓硫酸和混合催化剂(CuSO_(4·5)H_2O:K_2O_4=1:10)消化后、冷却定容.将消化液用气敏氨电极测氨氮,同时用 Kjeldahl 法测定氨氮,换算成粗蛋白质的含量.用 t 检验法进行统计分析,表明两种方法测得的平均值之间无显著差异。并且用电极方法作了回收率试验,回收率在93.2—103.2%之间,平均值为98,93%。说明电极法测定牧草、饲料粗蛋白质含量的方法是可靠的,且简单、快速。


Application of Electrode Method in Determining Crude Protein From Pausture and Forage (Standard Curve Method)
Abstract:Samples from pasture and forage[zea mays L.,Oxytropis aciphylla Ledeb.,Eurotia ceratoides(L.)Mey.,Leymus se- calinus(Georgi)Tzvel.,Pisum satium L.,Onobrychis stiva Lam.,Lathyus sativus L.,mixed pasture]were digested with concentrated sulphuric acid and ixed catam lyst (C_uSO_4·5H_2O:K_2SO_4=1:10).Both methods of gas sensing ammonia electrode and Kjeldahl were used to determine the content of NH_3—N.Statistic results show that there is no significant difference between the mean values of to the two methods.Recovery rate was over 93.2—103.2%,mean va- lue 98.93%.The authors have come to the conclusion that gas sensing ammonia electrode is feasible in the determinat ion of NH_3—N in pasture and forage and the method itself is simple,fast and accurate.
